I just got off phone w my ma. She said “I might not dislike tattoos.” Haha, she’s finally starting to open her mind up a bit. Pretty awesome. Now I must work on her to get one General opinions (about tattoos) among my family are 1.It’s a disgrace(granpa) 2. I try not to say anything about it(dad) 3.I may not dislike tattoos(mom). 4.Whatever but not for me(my sis) 5. I want one too (my little bro.) My grandma is a fly-girl so she doesn’t even care. She is blond, loves hot pink and she’s too busy w her social life. I’m seeing a good trend. I might be able to win the popular vote soon enough. That would make a swell day.

apparently in Louisiana child molesters won’t be getting executed. first reaction was WTF! It has to be a one of those loopholes to save those in power/authority w corrupt morality, to let them get away of wrong doing. but then again if they have to spend rest of their life in prison system that might be bad as well? Apparently according to autobiography called “fish” by someone whom I’ve forgotten who, prison rape is real. IMO, they as in rapists and such need more public humiliation as a form of punishment. To have a chance for us to show them the disgust we feel. Somehow I have a gut feeling about this might be a good idea. The problem tho is what if they like that humiliation? then I suppose we need different way around to punish em. I just wonder in case of child molestation, is it about power or twisted sexuality fantacy? Not that it changes the fact that they are all scums but it makes me wonder… Rape, murder in cold blood or any kind of violence should be handled in such way that would reflect the significant event which shook the foundation of idea of freedom of being in that individual which all of us are granted equally. Freedom is probably a another huge can of earthworms that I shouldn’t even think about right now. But i know we all understand that true freedom requires some restriction or compromise should be made on one or more party. Because if person A’s freedom undermines person B’s freedom which gives a chance for person C’s capability to undermine the person A’s idea of freedom and… you get the pic. So there must be some rule for true freedom to exist period. and if we can’t swallow that pill there may not be a freedom… its embarrassingly vague but thats so far i got.

i don’t have tv nor subscribe to cable or satellite at home for a couple reasons but every now and then read popular news on the whim. Above was a jotted note on what I’ve read on some news. I think local papers & news= where journalism still seems alive.

I just thought of something funny. I guess news media is almost like that of stock market and all it’s price movement… small chart vs long chart. All the price movement is comparative to all the events happening on the street and/or in people’s life. The media or a journalist is you just happend to check on the price or in this case an evend on a moments’ focus. Time is recorded, so is price. In a long range, even a super significant event might just not make the cut on the whole big chart of everything. As in, it might not even catch our eyes in the long run after that initial moment. K, I might be losing here a bit. But say history is like a stock chart. They both have x -time- axis and y- the movements or events-axis. The whole chart can represent the historical event in y complied in the time line x. I guess the point that i wanna make is that you as the journalist or “I” or stock trader, it is completly up to your “subjectivity” or decision or opinion or whatever to decided where to focus in or where not to-if you are looking for a specific predicted outcome. Which means that where we focus in the grand skeme of things really does not matter to all of us who are staring at the complete chart. Because they are all looking and focusing in on maybe the same or most likely on a different spot of its x or y axis. Which means the most important thing that we probably should in reading this chart/map/history is to know where you are (x) and what you are (y) looking into. So you might be able to guess the why(you are looking into the matter). Does that make anysense?
