Reverse process can be seen as you scroll down. We got to finish pretty good amount each sittings to get this project done. The color did come through and we just had a touch up session to cover it up

Also there is going to be some expansion to inner arm near future to complete it as a half sleeve.

This piece belongs to my very good friend Frank
He got sick of my getting everyday coffee at wawa, pretty much forced me to get a coffee from his cafe. In a very short time, he stopped serving me a coffee and start telling me to “go get your own.” behind the counter.

Oh, here is a good one. Frank, his friend Mr.T who is a retired marine officer and myself watching the movie Peal Harbor together. Realizing how strange that whole picture was, we looked each other on the cue followed by a good laugh. That was passed thanksgiving dinner 09 and It still makes me chuckle.

had lots of fun doing this one!
pretty interesting conversation/observation of cultural difference in “youth” in america.
found really interesting to talk to someone who is in a similar yet different subculture of sort.

doing a tattoo is fun but great conversation def helps time pass.

oh, and the frozen fridge… needs a manhandling. lol.

Bald eagle/coverup [update]

Can you find a panther head in here somewhere? The cover up worked out great. As you can see from the previous post, Two tattoos got a cover-up. With this tattoo, i definitely got lucky. His skin holds the white pigment really well. Making the whole cover up process so much easier too! Very fun tattoo. I enjoyed working on it [posted on 1/9/2009]

Here is the sketch/concept. Eagle tattoo is super exciting! I guess bird tattoos in general is fun. Also flowers are fun too. Speaking of birds, I saw two pigeons cuddling in front of their nest on the way to work It was definitely “awww” moment. How cute.
