This is one of David Bolt (fine/tattoo flash/tattoo artist) piece brought in by the client.
Just in case if you cannot tell, it is a very large piece that fills the thigh.
It was a sketch, so we chose the color. we had bit of hard time choosing the little lizard guys color even until the last minute…

I think we had great time chatting about lots of random stuff

Pretty much true to the original design except for the face- which is bit more realistic.

The design is based on a lithograph done in war time.  We have kept the transformation between the original design and to the tattoo as little as possible to keep its integrity.

It was really cool to see piece of artifact from the time before I was born.
