Bald eagle/coverup [update]

Can you find a panther head in here somewhere?  The cover up worked out great. As you can see from the previous post, Two tattoos got a cover-up. With this tattoo, i definitely got lucky.  His skin holds the white pigment  really well. Making the whole cover up process so much easier too! Very fun tattoo. I enjoyed working on it :)   [posted on 1/9/2009]

Here is the sketch/concept.  Eagle tattoo is super exciting! I guess bird tattoos in general is fun. Also flowers are fun too. Speaking of birds, I saw two pigeons cuddling in front of their nest on the way to work It was definitely “awww” moment. How cute.

Masami did this artwork for me. Masami was super cool and an awesome person to talk with, we had some good laughs while I had my sessions, at the same time being meticulous to the work. I had 3 really bad, juvenile, 20 year old tattoos that Masami covered up for me, they were so bad I couldn’t even call it artwork. I looked at some pictures and talked to Masami about the ideas I had, Masami took my limited ideas and created a Masterpiece. On my last session, everybody in the studio came over and complemented my on my new tattoo, all the credit goes to Masami, she is a true artist. I’ve already got my next tattoo planned and will definetly go back to have Masami ink it up.
